Refund Policy
1. 30 day money-back guarantee
Every PawTrace tag comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your tag for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase in full.
2. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@pawtraceapp.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
3. What is covered
The guarantee covers the full purchase price of the tag, including the 2-pack. Shipping is free, so there is nothing to deduct. You do not need to return the tag.
4. When you get your money back
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm it.
5. Damaged or lost deliveries
If your tag arrives damaged or never arrives, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
