Never. Only your name and phone number are shown. Your address stays completely private. You also choose which contact methods appear: your phone, your email, or both.
When your tag is scanned we send you an alert. The finder's browser asks whether to share their location. If they allow it, you see the scan spot on a map. If they decline, you still get the alert with an approximate area based on their internet connection, which can be off by a wide margin.
When you activate lost mode from your dashboard, your pet's profile page switches to an urgent state showing your pet is missing. Anyone who scans the tag sees your contact info prominently.
